In Art Nouveau style, the villa is made up of two large blocks of buildings, the noble house and the farm buildings. The house faces the grand avenue which leads to the house and the park on either side has mature planting, and water features. An internal courtyard provides shade in the heat of the day. The front of the house is porticoed up to the first floor, providing a terrace for the piano nobile. The ground floor rooms were for the staff. The main building covers some 1100mq. Built in the 1700’s by the Baron Saverio Tomasi-Rosso it was dedicated to his wife Madame Grazia Tedeschi Impellizzeri.
