Without doubt one of the best preserved properties in the area, Villa Cella dominates the area, enjoying a panoramic sea view over Pozzallo.  The villa dates from the late 1800s and is in very good condition.  On two floors, with porticoes and terraces, the property also has numerous other buildings including a church.  It has 7000mq of formal Italianate gardens, which are still laid out on the original plans.   Other land is available.
